Chocolate Protein Smoothie

This creamy, protein-rich smoothie tastes like a chocolate peanut butter milkshake and keeps you feeling full for hours. With ingredients like peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and milk, this smoothie already packs a good amount of protein. Ingredients

For 1 large smoothie:

  • 1 medium (frozen) banana, chopped
  • 1 cup milk or unsweetened soy milk
  • ½ cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut or almond butter
  • 30 g Beyuna Protein
  • A pinch of Ceylon cinnamon

Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for a few minutes until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little extra milk or water.

Tip: Love a cold smoothie? Freeze the banana in advance (chopped) and make sure the Greek yogurt and milk are chilled.
